had trouble finding what i needed. I emailed them @ 10pm and rcvd a text @ 830 am and within a couple hrs I was the proud recipient of 2 keyed alike drawer locks! Very professional very courteous and very attentive! No wonder they've been around for 40 years! You ROCK Southgate Lock!!
They've usually been able to provide me with the service I've needed, but weren't able to duplicate a keyless entry for my apartment building. This may have been something that's not generally available to the public.
I manage multiple commercial properties and refuse to use anyone but Southgate for any lock and key needs. They are great communicators, listen to instructions, attentive, do great work even if the solution is difficult, and you can't beat the price.
