So...when you go to the dentist it's never fun. But I did my initial exam and finance ran my insurance for an upcoming appointment to clear it. Then, I'm in the chair, number up (literally) to my eyeball and the dentist tells me they are GOING to do X, Y, and Z. She also says why. That's it. Procedure is over and I am given a bill for $650 that insurance didn't cover which was not what I had talked to finance about. So I tell them and am told "She says she told you it would cost you out of pocket because it wasn't covered". I said that never happened so finance tells me to wait and they will bring the doctor back. 10 minutes later finance comes back in to say she's suddenly in a surgical and won't talk to me and gives me the bill. This is unethical, unprofessional, and inexcusable. The care was not where it should have been (a newly out of school was assisting and very rough). I've cancelled all my future appointments and just might have to seek legal counsel. Fun times.

I made a call to this office for my aunt on May 1st. RE. my aunt had an appointment the first week of April and they had to send out for preauthorizationto her insurance. It's been four weeks and she hasn't heard from them.My call was with Serena, first I am on hold for 12 minutes + and the authorization letter was sent to them on the 14th per my aunts insurance. Serena tells me they didn't receive it so I told her I have an authorization number but she says she needs the letter. I am told by my aunts insurance that authorization number is good, also told me they can look it up online. Serena tells me she can't.I asked her if she can send out another authorization but she told me she can't, needs to wait six weeks bef she can, per protocol.Mean while my aunt can suffer for months I guess and they can careless.If this was me I would not go here!
