Shumaker's Hardwood Floors

We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. See before and after, looks really nice. Had dingy old floor with dog stains right in the middle. They sanded down and refinished floor without having to replace any boards. Neither cheap nor overpriced, quick and responsive work. Would use again.
