Highly recommended! Shaker Square Dry Cleaning is reasonably priced, fast, and most importantly, has some of the best and most considerate service I have ever seen. I have always had amazing service here. They have altered two of my bridesmaids dresses and a few other dresses and pants for me and each time the work has been amazing. They are always so friendly while I am there, the turn around is quick, and they pay wonderful attention to details. Each dress they altered for me fits so perfectly I would highly recommend coming here!
The zipper for a lining in a new coat was zipped but not aligned. I could not realign it. Stephanie took the challenge of getting the zipper undone and then realigned it. She likes a challenge! And I offered to pay for it but she said that was not necessary. I offered again and she again refused. I strongly recommend SS Dry Cleaners and Tailors based on this excellent repair and favorable interaction.
