Every aspect of our experience was a positive one: the estimator's visit, getting the quote, having questions answered about the quote, scheduling the work, and the work itself. It was a small repair job (replacing two damaged 8-ft sections of a 6ft high wood fence) but Rolen Bros Fence Co. treated us like we were getting a major installation. Unfortunately, we had to go out of town the day the work was done; we were nervous that we might come back to a mess and torn-up beds and lawn. Boy, were we wrong to worry! I've been looking to buy a fence for a long while now. I called all the usual companies, most of whom seemed like I was bothering them simply by calling to inquire about a quote. I visited a few of those other companies and a few even came out to my home. The experience with each was very far from ideal. Some I had to chase for the quotes they had promised me and eventually I got frustrated and gave up. Of two others, after chasing one, they provided me a quote without ever asking what style of fence I wanted to buy. I still have no idea exactly what fence they quoted me. Rolen Brothers Fence Co worked in a timely fashion between pre scheduling, city permits, and job time to give me an absolutely beautiful fence. Highly recommend to anyone in the greater Cleveland area!
