Been excellent at getting appointments. Was there for severe cardiac episode and Dr Li was fantastic. Don't like the phone service vs UH chart. It gets confusing when visits show up as reminders then you go and they say I have nothing ordered.

LPN's Lisa and Brian took care of me again today. As always they were great! They remembered me and treated me kindly and efficiently even though the place was packed. I know some people complain about this place but it sure isn't my experience.

Had a great experience with Parma Hospital after my vasectomy. I felt like they cared about my feelings even after I got emotional from them taking my manhood away from me. They were very professional and caring. 5 Stars!
