Of course, our furnace stopped working between Christmas and New Years....Neptune was very prompt in sending Toseland out to investigate. He was able to fix the immediate issue (heat again!) and recommend next steps. Neptune is my go to for plumbing and heating.

November 7, 2024 - we just had Toseland Wright come in to check our furnace as it was blowing cold air. He checked everything very thoroughly and then found the culprit switch. He explained everything to us. Him and his partner were very polite. I would not hesitate to have him come to our house again if necessary.

i was very pleased with the service we received from Scott Kirkwood ,Neptune Plumbing and Heating .he was prompt friendly and professional,.checked ,all other services and found a improper hook up on my hot water tank that a different co. did. excellent service
