I had a great experience with NB on a recent major basement waterproofing and brick window well replacement project. There were only a couple companies out of the 9 that I called that would even come look at it due to how tight my lot is (Lakewood) and the fact that I wanted to have the failing window wells torn down and rebuilt.Nick was great to work with throughout the entire pre and post project experience. You can tell that his entire team believed in his mission of leaving your property in the same or better shape than when they started (which is a very hard thing to do with how invasive their work is)!My project turned out absolutely great and I can’t say enough...read full review

The team did an exceptionally professional job. When providing the estimate, the owner prioritized transparency over salesmanship. Throughout the process, they consistently kept me informed about the progress and patiently explained every detail. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.By the way, do thorough research on basement waterproofing before you hire someone. Many companies will attempt to convince you to do the waterproofing from the inside and then pump the water out, but personally, I believe it's best to address the issue from the outside.

Nick came out to take a look at some water intrusion in my basement. Instead of overselling the severity of the problem and recommending potentially unnecessary services to make a quick buck, he took the time to look at the interior and exterior of the property and suggested some DIY solutions that I could implement myself. He was very thorough and is clearly an honest and forthright businessman. While no professional services were needed this time, Nick & NB Enterprises is first on my list for any of my waterproofing needs in the future. Thanks again for your help, Nick!
