A few months ago we decided to get some much-needed work done on our house (Roof, Fence and Patio) and as we all know, contractors' schedules are so packed they can't even come out and give you a quote! So I reached out on Facebook and other places to get at least 3 quotes, all from friends who gave their recommendations. Montenegro Restoration won the bid for many reasons, 1. Actually called back the same day and came out to review the work that needed to be completed! 2. Provided a detailed quote within days (unheard of) 3. Followed through doing the work when they said 4. The roof was completed in 1 day! The fence was a challenge because of the grade of the yard, but what an amazing job. The guys were respectful, efficient, and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The Patio gets poured tomorrow and we are very excited, we are already going to give Montenegro other projects because we trust their work, the cost is reasonable, the work impressive and they are great to work with. Every day they were on the job they cleaned up the boards, equipment etc...construction work is never easy, but they actually made it a very pleasurable experience. I had a new roof put on four years ago by Montenegro. He was able to work with the insurance company and have them pay for it, all except for the standard deductible which I paid. Two men came out one older and one younger. They took their time on the job and did it right. It took them a day and a half. They cleaned up everything great, swept the grounds with a magnet bar to make sure there was no nails in the driveway or gardens. I was very happy with their work.
