This was not my first time in Milanos. I was last there 4 years ago to support a family member as they worked on their mom's headstone. This time, it was personal. I walked into a warm welcome and was quickly assisted, even though it was close to their closing time. I was shown available options for the cemetery at which my loved one is resting. Because of the time, I was offered the option to make an appointment for the next day. Which I did. Again, I was greeted and assisted quickly. David was patient with me as we designed the headstone. There are more novelties than just monuments and stones here. First Communion, wedding gifts, confirmation, service flags, Saint cards, key chains, worry stones. Come in for a look. You will be surprised???
