After chasing a dentist who will pull my 22 remaining teeth, I gave up after waiting over 10mins on hold before speaking to even a single person on a Thursday at 10:50am, I was told that they are not scheduling any extractions or taking referrals at this time. instead of taking my phone number and letting me know cancellation she recommended that I call back weekly And ask about cancellations.. I’ve had quite a few dental surgeries in my life before and I don’t know, but doing one with less than 24 hours noticed seems sketchy ... I will go elsewhere
Great people! Do not go here to get teeth pulled. Their no pain killer policy is ridiculous when it comes to that kind of pain. Go elsewhere but for everything else I think they’re great.
Chris the assistant was very professional and really fun. I never had an experience like thag want he made me feel welcome like family i will be back there for more service. Nice new office as well very clean 3701 lorain ave.
