If you go with another provider you are doing it wrong. Truly the best when it comes to service and tech. In house service team as well so you will never be on hold in another country. Great people 10/10

We're really happy with Meritech. The cost is great-- in fact, we tell other copier companies that unless they can do it for free, it's not worth us changing. And today we ran out of toner (we thought we had a backup) and they are sending someone down by lunchtime with a new cartridge! Great service. Appreciate everything they do for our agency... Thanks!EDIT 10/8/2020... Wow, that went down hill fast. We were blindly faithful to Meritech only to find out recently that our costs with them were split over two bills and it was much more expensive than we thought. Shame on us for that mistake. This company went way out of its way to do a short term loaner of a copier. It was a big pain for them, but they did it anyway, on a last minute request no less, and I think they are fabulous!
