Did gutters for me many years ago. First, even though I had a check that they signed and deposited, they sent me to collections. That crap ended in 10 seconds as soon as I told the debt collector on the phone that I have a copy of a cashed check by these folks. Also broke some siding which they repaired using my siding materials. I would avoid. There's better out there. Highly recommend if you want an awful company
If I can give negative stars, I would do it. Owner is unprofessional and rude, took the job and deposit then cancelled with NO REASONS. We contacted Kenneth Matteo (owner) for installing heated gutters for our home. Communication was fast through text and a formal proposal was sent to us the next day. Kenneth told us work could be scheduled 2-3 weeks after deposit made. Price for installation is ok and we decided to proceed with the work. We signed and accepted the proposal and an invoice came in to put a down payment of $1200 for a $2250 estimated work. We made the transfer immediately, a few days later we contacted them and they are moving their company physically and may be able to schedule in 3 weeks time. They said this work is a "small job" and can be done before winter, "at their convenience". Nevertheless, I made a call to Kenneth to clarify since we made a $1200 deposit. He is rude on the phone... never heard someone so unprofessional in business before. Out of nowhere, he is cancelling on us and "fire me as a customer". No reasons given for cancellation after we made payment. He said he will refund my $1200, but I doubted his words. Stay away from this company as they seem to cherry-pick their customers. Not a professional company at all. They shouldn't be in business to waste real customers' precious time.
I called the number listed on Google, to try and get an appointment for an estimate to have my gutters cleaned. The guy who answered the phone was super rude! He cut me off in the middle of my sentence with a nasty attitude and said "we don't do that" and then hung up on me! Even though Goole shows cleaning as one of their services. I then called the office to complain about being treated so rudely and the lady in the office hung up on me too! I was just trying to get pricing and got hung up on TWICE! They don't deserve anyone's business!!
