I scheduled a same day appointment and was sure to write in the message box that if they were unable to fulfill the request, to let me know ASAP because I was traveling over an hour to get there.I am from Pittsburgh, so I wasn't familiar with the area, and got lost. I called to let the stylist know, but no one answered. I left a message and continued my journey. I couldn't find the building when I finally arrived, so I had to call in again. The owner, who was very pleasant, answered and said she was off, but she was going to call the stylist who was supposed to be taking the appointment.Please note: The building is green with black awnings. Robin is the total greatest. The atmosphere was very welcoming and she gave my hair the exact look I wanted. I am already booked to go back as first impressions for me are everything and Robin made it a good one.
