“We built a brand new house when we moved to Ohio. We met with over 9 landscapers, and what made us choose Sam Calanni to do our landscaping was a few factors.

For one, Sam is the owner of the company. He was on site for every second of our landscaping project, and I am glad that he was because he was giving directions and orders to the team the entire time and everything got done efficiently.

Another thing that set Sam apart is that when he showed up he hand drew on the spot the design in front of us, while asking questions and getting input from us. He brought with him a giant book of pictures, which I thought brought a lot of charm to the process. It is clear immediately how much pride he takes in his work.

We let Calanni do our whole landscaping project include: grass, plants, trees, flow beds, irrigation, and lightning. It was so nice having one company do everything and only needing to worry about one point of contact.

One final thing that really impressed me is all of the fantastic service after the job is over. Sam would text me a few days after, “Hot week coming up, don’t forget to water x amount of times”, or random check in’s to see how things were going. This shows that he actually cares about his work and wants what is best for his customers. Every time I have reached out to him I have heard back within minutes which is pretty remarkable.
