Their customer service is horrible. Their policies leave them responsible for the bare minimum they don’t take care of the customer in any shape way or form. They don’t care about providing electricity to you or your family. This is coming from someone who always pays the bills on time not anyone who’s struggling. Seems the only thing they care about is aggravating you with crazy long wait times to talk to someone just for that someone to redirect you on an endless cycle. The auto system of calling you back calls you back then hangs up in your face. Or the operator does without warning of civil conversation the line drops. Bob at Lakewood Electric had done a few jobs for me over the years and I was impressed with his expertise and the quality of his work which is why I called him to replace several ceiling fans for me. He agreed to the job, we put it on the calendar, and I took time off work to be home when he was supposed to arrive. He never showed. He didn't call and he never returned any of my calls or texts. I'm disappointed because it's so hard to find reliable tradespeople these days and I thought he was one of the good ones. Now I'm not so sure.Services: Light fixture repair
