I've sat a watched Howard Hanna dismiss grievances to cover the illegal and racist actions of their real estate agents. Jennifer Acklin has been causing issues with tenants and wrongfully evicting people up to date on their payments simply because they requested repairs. The Howard Hanna offices have covered her tracks by dismissing the many complaints made about her then rewarding her with a new car. Stay far away from Howard Hanna realtors if your a renter they are truly diabolical.

I hired agent Adra Cleveland-Peoples to sell my property and it was the most unprofessional situation that I have ever experienced. My wife and I were going through a divorce and were demanded by the courts to sell our property. It was my job to find a realtor, so I personally went online and sought out an agent in the area to help us with our needs. Initially, my ex-wife was not happy with my hiring of Mrs. Cleveland-Peoples and refused to work with her. Some how several weeks later without my knowledge she had befriended my ex-wife and actually began to intervene with my divorce process. Next thing I know, I was in divorce court and Adra was seated next to my ex-wife helping her fighting against me. Of the thousands upon thousands of real estate agents in the county, I chose her and she betrayed me for no apparent reason other than to sympathize with my ex-wife. I was later informed that she had previously went through a divorce and basically had it out against men. It was completely unethical and I advise no one to ever consider doing business with someone like this. This was the biggest act of betrayal that I had ever seen!
