Jack was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time and answered every question I had, was very transparent, and offered me future advice! We'll be calling H. Jack's again in the future the next time our plumbing needs exceed my skill level!
H. Jack's came in clutch when I abruptly needed a new AC/furnace, preventing it from leaking and ruining multiple units in my building. They removed the old one and got the new one up and running in less than 7 hours, which is insane. Thank you so much!
H. Jacks Plumbing and Heating did a excellent job on the emergency that I had. I called after 5pm and they had a plumber out in 1 hour to me . The plumber was courteous and made me feel at ease with what was happening. He did not scare me like other plumbing places do. He came back the next morning to fix my issue and I think it was more than a fair price that the work was done. I did call other places before them and no one could get anyone out till the next day. Of course their site 24/7. I would use them again for any plumbing issues. Thank you Jacks for helping me out and thank you to Matt the plumber as well for doing what he told me he would do.
