From the first meeting to the continued support after we moved in the Garland team has been outstanding. This was our first experience building a home and Michelle and Erinn were a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge, patients and timely response to our many questions was greatly appreciated. The entire process was very well laid out and organized, from deciding our final layout to the timeline for meeting with vendors to choose our many options. I built with Garland Home many years ago. During a remodeling project, an error was found in the original construction. After a brief call with Diane, Rick was sent out to investigate. They confirmed the error occurred during the construction process and quickly came to a fair resolution. This is a testament to both individuals' dedication to providing long-term customer satisfaction. Thank you, Diane and Rick!!

I built with Garland in 2011, have been living in my new home since then, and I am STILL so happy I chose them. We shopped around for a long time before ultimately deciding which builder to use for our home in Columbia Station. I continue to benefit from the quality of their work, attention to detail and the overall design of my new home. Matt Dilling was our project manager, and Celeste was so helpful in putting the finishing touches on our home. I own a home inspection business, and see the lack of quality in some of the other area builders on a weekly basis.
