I had a 100k deal on the table with them for the remodel of a house i was buying. The boss went to the house ahead of me and straight up told me to just buy another house since it would turn into a money pit. He gave up an awesome sale for the sake of honesty. If that's not the most valuable thing in a contractor, i dont know what is.
