Epcon Lane is an amazingly responsive company to work with! In an age where customer service is sorely lacking, they rise above and beyond to take care of your needs. We are on a yearly contract, but they do not just stick to their scheduled visits. They come out whenever you have a problem-PROMPTLY! We also have our mosquito spraying through them, and it has been a game changer the last two years with living in the woods! We are out until well after dark with no bugs! Jeff is our technician, and he sincerely cares about any issues we are having. We have been customers of Epcon for a few years now. Their staff is always cordial. I like that they send a pictured message of who is coming to your home. They always ask if there's any problems since their last visit. They don't just show up, do their thing and leave. They interface with their customers. We have referred them to multiple people because of the great service and their more than willing to help a customer with a problem. Great job Epcon!!!
Technician was on time check for entry points as I had a mice problem. 3 large holes were found under the garage door. They came back out 2 weeks later to check for mice activity and none was found. Very happy with the services provided!
