I received a callback within 30 minutes of calling. After speaking with the gentleman that returned my call it was determined it would be very difficult to find and procure the parts needed to repair my washer. He did offer a great recommendation for a comparable replacement.

The staff is very friendly and efficient at locating exactly the part you need and the pricing is fair without any extreme markup. Typically all parts that I need are in stock and if for some reason the part needs to be ordered in they are able to get it fairly quickly so that our customers are not down for long periods of time.
