I recently contacted Echo Air for a repair quote on my aging HVAC system. Bob came out to inspect the unit and, after a thorough evaluation, explained that due to the advanced age of both my furnace (35+ years) and AC unit (25+ years), a full replacement would be more cost-effective than repairs. His honesty and expertise were greatly appreciated.

My A/C wasn’t working on a home I had built 10 years earlier. I had maintained a service contract with the HVAC company that did the original install. So we quickly had them come out and diagnose the issues. The fix was going to be pretty comprehensive and expensive based on their assessment. Echos Air was recommended by someone at church, came out quickly, diagnosed the problem differently and less significant work. The cost was significantly less and completed quickly as quoted and promised. We have had no problems since. I appreciate honest assessment, quote and friendly work while on-site. I highly recommend Echos Air!
Bought a new boiler from Echos Air and Bob and his team did a stellar job. Even though there were a few hiccups here and there (the old unit was original to the home, so quite the undertaking), they’ve been consistently responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for boiler replacement, I’d recommend Echos Air every time. Not to mention my heating bill has been cut in half!
