Emir saved us and our vacation! We broke the key to our car top carrier in half - with all our bags locked inside Friday evening at 5:30pm the night before we were leaving. I called E&A and they graciously stayed for us to drive to the shop. Within 15 minutes, Emir and company had the exact key, fixed the lock and made extra copies - all for less than I was expecting to pay. And their wall of keys is very impressive! E&A is now in our phones as our go to locksmith. I highly recommend. Thank you Emir for saving the day.
Bazzi was excellent!! He was very professional & polite, you could tell he has been doing this awhile. I appreciated that he gave me an initial quote over the phone and then stuck to his estimate. I will definitely use this company again in the future. About 3 years ago I had a similar problem and I called a different locksmith company that has many locations in the area which was a terrible decision and I had a horrible experience with them. E & A Locksmith was a much better experience you can trust they are honest and will do a good job!
Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and nice! Bazzi was great, he fixed my car in 20 minutes! I was worried no one was going to be able to help me because the key fob I needed was hard to find, this locksmith had my key fob in stock and was quick to help. My keys got lost in cedar point and no locksmith there could help me so I was referred to this place by someone and i’m so thankful for that! Would definitely recommend.
