My stylist Alicia was very nice and professional, walking into the salon i was highly nervous but the vibe of the place made me realx real quickly an easy with the personal one on one experience its alot easier to ask questions for a better understanding of what u want. My favorite hair salon and Mz.Blessed handz(ASHLEY) has been doing my hair since I was in middle school looooove her dearly.....The rest of the ladies in there are nice and hilarious.....Again I love this salon
