In the last 15+ years, we have managed more renovation and adaptive reuse projects than any other contractor in Cleveland. Some of Cleveland’s most iconic, include the Terminal Tower, 75 Public Square, Residences at 55 Public Square, Kimpton Schofield Building, Calfee Building, and the Residences at Halle Building. Our construction managers have performed most of the private development work in the City of Cleveland, which requires an intense focus on project budget and timeliness.
