I have been at the Boxer Property building since 2018. I have seen property managers come and go. 2021 to current The property manager Dan and Maintenance guy Travis are a great team. The lighting in hallways have been updated, EXTREMELY fast responds to tenant portal request, bathrooms clean, elevator has not been down since Dan got here! Travis has seen me carrying in large office items and always gives me a helping hand. Both Travis and Dan are just very friendly, hardworking guys. I will definitely renew my lease.

OUR PROPERTY MANAGER, JEN, IS THE GREATEST!!!BEFORE SHE CAME TO OUR BUILDING IT WAS "JUST" A BUILDING.SHE HAS DONE SO MANY THINGS TO MAKE OUR EXPERIENCE AND THE CLIENTS THAT COME TO THE BUILDING VERY WELCOMED.JEN RECOGNIZES HOLIDAYS AT OUR BUILDING, AND DECORATES ACCORDINGLY. WE ALSO HAVE "SOCIALS" FROM TIME TO TIME AND WE GET TO KNOW OTHER TENANTS.THE BUILDING IS SPOTLESS, AND THE OVERALL BUSINESS ATMOSPHERE LENDS ITSELF TO BEING A VERY NICE PLACE TO CONDUCT OUR DAILY WORK.THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR PRIOPERTY MANAGER!!!!
