This place is real vibe and real comfortable and I come to get my hair done and they get me right every time. And special shout out to Fe one of the workers here, she has been excellent in making sure I keep my maintenance up with my hair and always being during emergencies when I need my hair done. Cocoa is professional, gifted, patient, and simply amazing. Another stylist cancelled at the last minute. I immediately googled and found that BBB had great ratings. I called and Cocoa answered saying that someone will be able to do my faux locs. When I got there Cocoa said she was a few minutes away. I then realized that she had left for the day and returned when she recognized that the other stylists were unavailable. She could have called me, apologized, and cancelled the appointment. The fact that she turned around just because she had already spoken to me meant a lot. The previous comment was right - BBB is a vibe. Upon arriving at the Salon , It’s Dope culture and Vibes given by Cocoa, Fee, and Ms. CC. I Was able to be seen even tho booked and had no appointment they were totally understanding and I Love it!!!!
