From the initial point of contact to set up having an inspector/customer service representative Spencer come out to assess the roof itself and quote the cost of replacement.... To the project Manager Will setting up and scheduling the job, the delivery of materials, and the crew itself performing the work and clean up afterwards. The communication was excellent. The workers were great, and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the job was finished. As an older couple we were overwhelmed with such a large job. Shopping for a new roof is hard and I did a lot of research and 1st choice had the best rating with good reason. They did a great job overall their rep Mary was very patient and helped us throughout the entire job. They assigned project manager Will for the job he and his crew were very professional and did a superb job. My experience with 1st choice was great and we are very happy with our new roof.

I have never bought a new roof before and was a bit nervous about getting one. My experience with the 1st Choice Roofing Company could not have been better. The staff were extremely professional and exceeded my expectations in every way. My new roof looks great! I can't find any fault with the experience and would highly recommend this company. If you are thinking about getting a new roof contact this company. I was impressed.
