Ryan was simply great! I am a first time home buyer and had a vision for my hardwoods upstairs in my house and I’m sure I didn’t explain it in the best way BUT he was able to lighten my floors and remove decades of scratches on the wood the exact way I had envisioned.
He was very easy to communicate with, professional, and the job was so quick (plus done earlier than originally expected)!

I reached out to Ryan at Sand Master Flooring to refinish my floors based on his Google reviews and I was not disappointed. There is a reason he has only 5 star reviews. Ryan does excellent work. I posted a few before and after photos so you can see for yourself. I most definitely recommend his services. P.S….I requested a Jacobean stain with a satin finish.
