Geoffrey Hoffman is a phenomenal real estate agent. Ultimately, he was able to get more than I expected, much faster than I ever imagined. I feel very lucky to have had Geoff in our corner!
Geoff did a wonderful job coaching me through the process, especially how much to purge from my home for photos and open house. I believe that the purge helped sell my home fast (during opening weekend)!
Geoff was an outstanding agent to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had plenty of silly questions and much to learn about the process. He was always exceptionally patient with us and happy to educate us along the way. His knowledge of real estate on the east side of Cleveland proved invaluable and he was able to quickly help us figure out what we wanted and guide us to the best options on the market from there. After we had an offer get accepted we had a fairly complex closing process and Geoff was on the ball every step of the way to get it across the finish line.
