I hate the customer service reps there. home Depot at severance is just a convenience from where I live. those folks are so unprofessional and ghetto. not saying that from a white perspective but I am a black man. if they're not on the phone they are talkin loud across the aisles to friends and or associates. no smiles no greetings as in how can I help you SIR! if there was another home Depot closer or even a Lowe's severance center would never get my business...
