“Dropped my car of this morning to have her detailed and get an oil change. I've been a platinum member for years, but have neglected to take advantage of my yearly detailing until now, as my detailings are about to expire (I'm lazy about setting up appointments and keep a pretty tidy car). I actually got a call last week to let me know that I had until April to take advantage of this last detailing, so I finally got my but in gear.Anyhow, dropped the car off this morning. I'd been advised that Georgiann was going to handle my check-in and all. I was thrilled, as I've adored Georgiann for years now! Georgiann was helping someone else when I got there (a bit early) and asked if I'd be alright with Ashley helping me instead. Not a problem. Ashley was a delight! Quick and efficient. Had me in and out into the loaner (thank you platinum membership!) in a few minutes. Ashley made sure to give me a call to let me know when my car was ready.On to the detailing. I'm kicking myself so badly that I haven't been taking advantage of this for the past six years! My seven year old car hasn't looked and smelled this amazing since I got her! Disclaimer, I'm a smoker (I know, I know) and a gardener. My car wasn't a horrific mess inside, but there were bits of ash and pine needles and dirt, etc in hard to reach places. They are there no longer! I'm super, super impressed by their attention to detail, and will probably be going at least once a year for a deep clean like this!Thanks Motorcars for being an absolutely amazing dealership to work with! Also, congrats on being the first Carbon Neutral dealership in the world! I'll probably be hanging on to my Fit for quite a while, but when I'm ready to replace her, you'll be my first stop!“
