Many thanks to the entire staff for taking care of many details that I have not thought of, such as a tripod for recording the grave-side service and a staff member to operate it. The staff made a difficult day as simple as possible. It helped a lot to have prearranged many details, too.
Frictionless experience for the most part. Forms, however, need to be digital rather than paper, and handled in a cyber-secure environment, especially considering that next of kin can be remote.
