This was a great addition to our house and it didn’t break the bank. We bought an older home (1976) and you could see the calcium and mineral build up on the appliances and showers. We had to replace all of them and I know the new ones will last longer now. I no longer have to put on layers of lotion, no matter the time of year. I use less soap and my dishes never have water spots. I do turn it off when I wash my hair, which is super easy to turn on and off. Great customer service, family owned business, and the installation was quick. It’s been about 4 months since I got it installed, no issues and still very happy with the purchase.
These guys do a great job. Mike and Raegan showed up on time, went over the work that needed to be done and got it done on time and done right. Couldn’t have asked for a better job done. We will definitely use them again for any future projects at our home.

Kyle and his crew just left and I couldn't wait to send a positive review. I scheduled to have new windows installed a couple of months age, and Kyle told me that it might not happen till as late as June. The weather has been good to them this spring, so I now have all new windows, and I should have done this years ago. The entire crew was friendly and very easy to work with. Nothing like some of the shady contractors I've worked with in the past. I even paid a guy named Billy Morris $2000 a year ago, and that was the last I've seen of him. But as far as Blacketer goes, I really couldn't be happier. They offered a very reasonable price for top quality Polaris Windows. I had gotten other estimates that were double the price that I paid. And if you go with, lets just say, the company that sends out fliers in the mail every other week, they would be triple the price.In closing, I'd just like to say. You can't go wrong with Windows by Blacketer!
Used their services twice in the last 8 months on a system with an obscure controller. Their tech diagnosed the controller and repaired the system, that two other companies could not figure out. Recently they repaired a contactor and main disconnect which had shorted, causing a cold week of office work for my front office staff. Overall we have had a great experience with Arbor Homes. Solomon has been terrific throughout the entire process. He is very dedicated and committed to making sure you have a great home buying process. He goes above and beyond and has always been available to help answer any question. We have enjoyed each stage of the home building process and we are now settled into our home and love it. We look forward to building many memories.
Service: Remove and replace exterior door.I was skeptical given the reviews, but the real estate agent recommended. Overall, I am very happy with the work done. Eric was the person on site most of the time. He was polite, professional, got his work done in a timely fashion, and cleaned up the mess. The only issue was the sudden shift by one day with late notice (the morning they were to be out). They did communicate the delay at the time they would have been arriving, but they also committed to the next day and kept that commitment.Bottom Line: Would I use them again? At this point, I wouldn't hesitate to have them do another job.
Matt cut my husbands hair and shaved and helped him bath. Matt did an excellent job. Matt also took out our trash and did other things to help us. We are handicapped and need the help.

Really nice golf course Pretty challenging layout as some of the par fours and fives are some of the higher yardages you may encounter on local public tracks Very reasonable pricing friendly staff a nice little bar area. You can grab a cold one afterwards. A couple times will likely return
Highly recommend Lexi, she’s been fantastic, listens to what you want/like and offers her expertise. She saved my damaged nails by offering a new product that I wouldn’t have known about if it weren’t for her. Because of her, they now have a returning and very happy client. All technicians seem pleasant and helpful, clean facility, definitely recommend.
