I called Zimmer on a hot Thursday wo a prior relationship w the company. They had someone to my house in under an hour and the tech made a simple fix simple. He didn't try to upsell us (our ac unit is old and I know other companies would have tried) and the fix was done quickly and professionally. Its great to have ac working again, it's even better to have professionals that I can trust going forward. A sincere thank you.
