I went to the Warby Parker at Kenwood Towne Centre for an exam and to try on frames I had viewed online. The exam was excellent and went well. High tech equipment made it quick and the person doing the exam was easy to work with. When looking for frames, another employee was very helpful in finding the exact frames and sizes I wanted to try on, including providing several that were not on the shelves. I ended up ordering glasses (2). Every person we dealt with was helpful and made it a positive experience.
Dr. Bridgette Milleson is very friendly and personable, she made me feel very comfortable during my exam, and was very efficient and thorough. Patricia was very helpful when it came time to pick out flattering frames :) I had a great experience
Fairly far for me to drive and Kenwood is always crowded but the store itself was very good. Lots of choices; Ashley was great help to me. Much better than trying to buy glasses online!
