Walked in around 9:30/10am on 1/24/24. I asked the woman (blonde/brown hair, heavier set) who was sitting at a desk if she could tighten my frames and bend them back so they weren’t lop sided anymore. She told me no since I didn’t buy them here, and I asked her why as I’ve gotten this done at Walmarts vision center before, no problem. While in the middle of this conversation, she answered her personal cell phone and started talking on the phone, so I left without an answer as to why they couldn’t help me. I read some of the reviews and wondered if I should look at eyeglasses at this location. I still went and couldn’t have been treated any nicer by Liz and the other associate working. I found out that my insurance was not accepted by Walmart. This didn’t stop Liz from trying her best to help me. She said they could offer me a 10% discount and still probably be able to offer a great price. She was correct. The store could offer me a price less than I was quoted at other locations using my insurance. I would recommend the Colerain location highly.

I've been coming here 3 days in a row at 530pm after work, And they're closed when closing hours clearly say 7pm. Day number 3 my son can't see without his glasses. Manage said that he saves his break for the end of the shift lol WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!! Don't waste your time if you need services after 5pm
