My overall review: Staff: The receptionists were great. When I called with questions, they returned my calls promptly. The employee who I worked with, Dawn, is the sole reason I gave three stars. She came across as someone who doesn't care and is all about money versus treating people with honesty, respect, and integrity. My experience with her was not good at all. Services: The services exceeded my expectation. The staff were nice and everything turned out great. They had everything set up beautifully. Pricing: As a tip, make sure you're getting what you're paying for. The online information and the information that is printed out on paper are not the same so I had to bring that to their attention. They honored the prices that were online and fixed the charges but who has time for that when you're going through a difficult time? Overall: I wish I would've went somewhere else because they just added to my stress.

I’d like say thank you to Derrick Myers for going above and beyond to make sure the services for my mother were handled exactly the way I wanted. Your a godsend in a time of confusion grief and anger u help us work through the issues to lay her to rest properly and with grace. The service was beautiful and the casket was perfect with all of us as a family wrapped around it we will be together forever.

Amazing service by outstanding people. I can’t thank you all enough for the care and kindness shown at my grandmothers service she was like a mother to me and I just say she looked amazing. The service was beautiful and organized the video tribute was heartfelt and touching. The way everything was handled with delicate hands as if we were your family speaks volumes.
