I started by getting referrals, and choose a couple of window replacement companies, to come out and do their presentation, along with having them give me pricing. Once I decided to go with Universal Windows Direct, it has been a very smooth, trouble, free replacement process. Rob Webb, the person I signed the contract with, was able to match a competitors price, because they were not the cheapest. Rob also gave me his cell number. Each time I called with questions, he answered my questions and reassured me. I have had my new Universal Windows Direct windows installed for about 1-1/2 weeks, so far I love the look and haven’t had any issues. I would definitely recommend Universal Windows Direct
