Hi, this review is based on my experience with the curbside pickup. This is the second time in a row that I’ve notified the store I was on my way and checked in once I’ve parked and nobody came out with my items. I had to call the store and let them know I was waiting. The first time which was a few weeks ago the young lady apologized when she bought out my order. This time no apology was given. This service is supposed to be a convenient option for the customer but it hasn’t been in my recent experience. Absolutely love Maggie with benefit at Western hills ulta!! The best at brows and lips!! She also made me feel super comfortable and relaxed during my lip wax! I definitely recommended Maggie for any of your waxing and brow needs and will definitely be back!Thank you maggie!
