I took my wife's winter coat in to have the zipper pull replaced. They did a great job and the new zipper works wonderfully. It took a week to get done and my only complaint would be that they did not do a good job setting expectations as to how long it would take.

There is no one with a higher level of perfection in his craft than the owner of Tri-County Show Repair. Do not forget he also repairs luxury accessories (handbags, belts, etc). The owner is also highly ethical and very entertaining! I am such a loyal customer that I go out of my way to take my items to his store although there is another shop across the street from my business. We MUST use the skill of a truly Italian leather artisan!!!!

Outstanding work. I had a pair of boots that needed repair that other places rejected. Tri-County took it in, repaired and even went and restored the leather on the boots, to the point they look better than when I bought them first! These guys are fantastic. I highly recommend them.
