The most intense 20 minute workout I have ever had. Not hard at all, you just won’t believe how much you can get done In Such a short amount of time and feel great afterwards. The Machines only work as hard as you. No pressure if you don’t won’t heavy weight, it’s all up to you. I was sweating after the first machine. I recommend this for people on the go. It does work your entire body out in 20 mins. You will see results guaranteed! I even did 30 mins of my treadmill afterwards just because I’m use to doing it 5 days a week.
