I usually don’t do things like this however I am beyond irritated by the horrible customer service and flat out disregard that these new “stylists” have. A friend recommended this stylist to me, and very hesitantly, I booked an appointment with “Carmen Michelle Customs” weeks ago just for her to send a text an hour before the appointment to say “I have to cancel I’m sick”. It’s completely understandable to be sick however, there was no “I can reschedule you for this date/I’m available tomorrow”. Its my opinion that a good business tries to fix when a customer is not pleased with a service. I left a review on FB that I was not pleased and I received a phone call about the review, but the only reason for the phone call was, in my opinion, to tell me my thoughts were not valid. Not oncewas I asked how can this be made better, I'll fix it at my next available? orrr I'd even take a my apologies. I was sooo looking forward to that appointment. I do not recommend this place at all!!

I did not have a a good experience here at all. My stylist was absolutely a beautiful women, nice, knowledge but I was not happy with the outcome of my style. Thankfully hair will grow back, but I am on the hunt to find someone to fix what was done until then I am wearing a hat everywhere I go!
