I have experienced bad, horrible service from stylists in the past. From being extremely late to falsifying location information. You name it; I more than likely experienced it! Therefore, I am very skeptical of stylists in general. Meeting Tayler on 2/19/22 changed my perspective and renewed my hope in black business and hair stylists, she was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring, attentive, and experienced. The great atmosphere that she created at her salon is to be recognized as well. She has earned a "forever" client.

Tayler is an awesome stylist. She works fast and her braids are very neat. I've received so many compliments on my hair in just one day. Leading up to the appointment I had a few questions on the type of hair to get for the style and whether or not the colors I wanted would look good together. Tayler was a big help during the process with answering all my questions. She was very friendly during the appointment, we talked the entire time. Three hours flew by before I even realized it was past noon. I have been searching for a talented braider that works in a salon/studio vs their home. Happy I've found Tay Bella Studio. I will definitely be returning to have Tayler braid my hair again in the future.

Where do I begin so this morning 7/7/2021 I'm on the phone with my daughter while she was enroute to her appointment to get her hair braided. The appointment was made in advance and deposit paid as well. And it was taken out of the account when the appointment was made. Ok so she pulls up at 10:27am (10:30 was the appointment time) at the new location on 4019 Hamilton Ave parks across the street tried to open door door is locked she knocks no answer. So I said well maybe she's running late like before(the 1st time she had hair braided she was late but she did send text)so I login and send a messenger message and get the email address I said well send the email she finally replies at about 10:50am saying she just left at 10:45am and that she didn't hear from her so no call no show so mind you we have the screenshots and phone log of trying to contact her. She just didn't show up Periodt but acting like she did. One why wouldn't you check the front door when you know you have a scheduled appointment. If I'm going to a new location how would one know to park in rear it was parking places out front of the location that was just an excuse. My daughter stood out there waiting on her until 11:05am. and then she stopped replying. Poor poor customer service and unprofessional as hell. But she should reimburse my daughter the deposit when clearly she was a no call no show. She took off work for this. I believe she thought she could take advantage or play my daughter because my daughter is kinda shy oh no lady not here..trying to support black business and this is the service given.
