Overall they do a good job and the prices are reasonable. My shirts are always pressed and starched perfectly. Our comforter was so-so cleaned but it just might be getting old too. Not a fan of the new 4% surcharge on credit cards. While it doesn't add to much, it's just annoying.
They do a great job and finish my dry cleaning on time all the time. Been going for almost 10 years. So I have no idea how the staff has been rude. Maybe customers should be more friendly? Also, to address any comments about "conservative west siders", we'll keep this shop then and you guys can go elsewhere to find some valet/butler-like service to do your dry cleaning.
I have used springdale for years, and. I recently thought that I had lost a stick pin that was attached to my blouse, they found it and put it in a bag. I was so happy, honesty that's what I like.
