You can sell a good product but if you don't have good installers the product is no good. The skill and expertise Gary and Eddie demonstrate along with their outstanding customer service, put them in a league of their own. Part of the success of Schoch Tile comes from these two installers, they are a tremendous asset to this company.

Flooring installed a couple years ago. The steps to my basement have had numerous issues since installed. (Not Schoch's fault) Schoch has owned it. Been out atleast 3 times to repair. Clearly out of warranty. It doesnt matter. They took accountability and worked to correct the problem. They should teach other companies hot to complete customer satisfaction

My recent experience with Schoch was very positive! I called in needing some quick information. Artie went above and beyond! He has quick to assist, very informative, very professional, and had genuine interest in helping me resolve my issues. I highly recommend this company. It was refreshing to work with someone who cares about the customer and the work, not just about getting paid for a job.
