Had a great experience with SK service. Within an hour of calling the CPC emergency phone number on the sticker of my 20 yr old water heater because it was leaking, (I guess CPC is closed so I'm not sure how I got to SK, but I'm glad I did!) Logan Hager showed up at my house for a free estimate. He is very friendly, helpful and honest about the issues we asked about. He explained everything well so we understood everything we needed. A couple hours later we had Austin Carter and another guy show up to install the new water heater and a new kitchen faucet and they worked quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled to have David Rose, a Schneller Knochelmann HVAC technician, address the problems with the boiler this company installed 29 years ago. David is one of the most wonderful people I've ever had work in our home. He is thorough, patient, respectful, and a perfectionist. There were several problems with our boiler that required tenacity to fix. David replaced the boiler's sight tube, the feedwater regulator, and he skimmed the boiler for most of a day to remove gunk that had accumulated. To accomplish these tasks, he had to be resourceful.
