Your Technician, Ian, conducted an extensive examination of our current system and identified several parts that needed to be replaced along with an estimate. We determined that a more practical approach would be a complete replacement of our 21 year old system. A visit from your Comfort Rep, Dylan, was scheduled for the next day. After a thorough review of the best available equipment to handle our needs we signed a purchase agreement and set the next available date fro installation. And to tide us over during the present heat alerts, he provided us with a portable unit. He demonstrated yet another use of duct tape and styrofoam to secure the unit to our bedroom window! I highly recommend their services.
Schneller Knochelmann did a fantastic job. They were friendly, and got right to work. They put the plastic down on the floor to keep the carpet clean, and put on the plastic boots every time they came in the house. After the installation, they made sure the system was working properly, and made the adjustments where necessary. They were patient trying to explain how the thermostat works via your phone. The only thing we didn’t care for was the black thermostat. It really stands out on our wall and would prefer a white one if possible. This is obviously not the installers fault. We would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you
