We recently had our guest bathroom remodeled and the team did a fantastic job! Jason was great from start to finish. What I liked about their estimate was how it was completely broken out so I could see what I was paying for as well as I could make adjustments. For example when I didn’t like the price of tile since it was a guest bathroom Jason had other options and was able to explain and show us samples and change out the estimate. As well as it allowed me to say yes to some things and no to others that I wanted to handle on my own like painting to save on cost. Recently had our basement done and can't say enough about this team. Jason was super engaging from the beginning, his team was so friendly to work with and always asked our opinions on anything they did to ensure the work was exactly how we wanted it. They were timely and beat their original project schedule. I hope we can use them again on projects in the future!
We used Refreshing Renovation to do a kitchen and family room remodel. Greg and his team were great to work with through the whole process. With any renovation there is bound to be unexpected issues, but Greg and team would always come with a solution that would look good and stay in the budget. They would always say "we want to make you happy" and then would deliver. I would highly recommend Refreshing Renovations.
